again, it happened in 2006 and now again in 2008. At least when it happened I knew what to do, not like before when I spazed making it so much worse. It sucks even more that I had to go this morning instead of last night when it happened. I hate emergency rooms a lot more now. When I did get a room and a doctor, he said that "You sprained - insert large word for the side of your knee-" and that I need to rest it. blah.
